Hearing The News This Morning of Andy’s passing is devastating! Over the years we have spent Many of ride outs with this legend! Such a sad day! Our love and thoughts go out to Aine & All of Andys Friends & Family! RIP ANDY – – – Andys final Ride Details: PLEASE DO SHARE THIS EVENT WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY: its public so all can see. – – Alot of riders will have seen / heard that Andy sadly lost his life last week in shropshire whilst on his bike. Andy’s partner & family have requested a biker convoy as Andy was an avid biker! Andy used to also ride in Midlands Riders & of course we said we would help advertise/organise this for the family. They have requested All Riders please do attend for Andy’s last ride. Please see the details below for everyone to make arrangements; Friday 17th April 2026 – – Meeting @ Shifnal services (TF11 8TG) Please use the very top car park – – Meeting From @ 11.30am – – Leaving at 12:30 – – Heading over to meet Family & then riding over to Andys final resting place. – – Police have requested to attend and also help with the convoy to run smoothly. To ANY Riders wanting help with the convoy / Traffic management: please do see “Rob Arrowsmith or Chrisy Thomson” on the morning at the services and/or message him on facebook to discuss helping. Reflecting On 11 Years…
Its 2025! Can you believe how fast life is going ? personally for us at the back end we have had to take some time out to get over some personal losses as well as ill health… its been a long, LONG 4 years! But we are out of the worst now and starting to rebuild and recover so i do apologise for the absence of content and events. As we look back to see how far we have come we start to smile from all the rides, events and years full of bikelife moments for all to share & remember. As most will know, It started in 2014 for us. We didn’t ever imagine how the next few months would go let alone 11 years now! but from this date every year just got better and better to which the numbers didn’t stop increasing! Since 2015 to 2020 the average ride outs were fortnightly, consisting from 150 to 250+ AVERAGE bikers attending our rides. The biggest first ride out was February 2019 with over 450+ attended 😮 Who can forget Matlock Bath in 2016 on mothers day to where over 4500+ < that’s not a typo, headed to support a town and local business, a memory that will stay with us all for a very long time. Head over to our photo memories page to see all these rides / events with team / members all over 🙂 absolutely amazing to re-look at! The passion for biking is still there, we have done hundreds of rides and a ton of events, not to mention attended hundreds of other peoples runs/events over these years. Although our rides have stopped for now ( because of above ), its been a very long 11 years and commitments at home take hold as well as for a team running them. “ TBC: we have a huge announcement coming March 2025 please PLEASE pop back for this one 🤞❤️ “ we do plan on putting rides back this year (2025) & to start these will be 3-4 times a year to which this will be announced later this year after commitments slow down to allow more time. This doesnt stop riders heading out, offering other members to join in and enjoying the group / rides in smaller packs.
